The SongRaw AF 50mm F1.2 is a fast standard prime lens for Sony full-frame E-mount cameras. Its classic 50mm focal length provides a natural perspective, making it a versatile choice for portraits, editorial work, lifestyle photography and general-purpose shooting.

The wide f/1.2 maximum aperture provides strong low-light performance and a shallow depth of field, allowing subjects to be separated from their backgrounds with a soft, blurred look. This makes it particularly useful for portrait and creative photography where background separation is important.

Autofocus is provided by an STM motor with real-time focus position feedback, while an AF/MF switch allows quick changes to manual focusing. The lens also features a dedicated Fn button and internal focusing, making it practical for fast-paced shoots.

The optical design uses 15 elements in 10 groups, including aspherical, ED and HR glass, with HD Nano-Coating to help reduce reflections, flare and ghosting. Its all-metal aerospace-grade aluminium construction also makes it well suited to regular rental use.
